Title: Modiator - Web App for Modelica simulation and Github Copilot for Modelica modeling
Abstract: Modiator is a web app for simulation of Modelica models. It allows an immediate first-time user experience since the web app is available in seconds and simulations can be done directly in the browser. State of the art numerical solvers from the Sundials suite, compiled into WebAssembly, are used. The Modelica model is translated into Javascript code using techniques such as sorting, tearing, index reduction, state selection, etc. A subset of Modelica is supported with some extensions. You will be able to try out a preview version of Modiator on your computer, tablet or mobile phone (not iPhone). Modiator has been developed by Martin Otter (DLR), Johan Furuhjelm (LTH student) and myself.
