Title: Predicting Navigational Patterns in Web Applications using Machine Learning Techniques

Abstract: In large corporations, optimizing costly customer support services is crucial. This thesis explores using machine learning to predict user behavior in customer support tool usage, aiming to simplify the experience for unfamiliar users. The study involves training LSTM, transformer, and hybrid CNN-LSTM models on 1.8 million log entries. Results indicate that all models outperform a naive baseline, with LSTM excelling for long sequences, achieving 75 percent overall accuracy on its best dataset compared to the baseline's 72 percent.
