 ow that complex oscillator models can effectively capture (much of) the dy
 namics of future inverter dominated power grids. If the lines connecting t
 hem are lossless (or a rotation of reference frame can make them appear so
 )\, small-phase arguments provide for effective decentral stability condit
 ions. The general case corresponds to a directed network with asymmetric c
 oupling strength. I show that asymmetry can be captured as a phase perturb
 ation to the numerical range of the coupling\, and that the magnitude of t
 his perturbation can be estimated.\n\nMore information about the event: ht
